TAVIYO is a digital marketplace platform for discovering and booking recreational sports, fitness sessions, outdoor activities, and shared hobby partner coordination. We do not sell physical goods or merchandise, and no physical shipping or logistics delivery is involved.

Upon successful completion of payment through our authorized payment gateways, booking confirmations and activity schedule details are delivered digitally and immediately via in-app notifications and your confirmed booking dashboard.

Access to the confirmed activity chat opens automatically upon payment confirmation, allowing the host and booker to coordinate session logistics.

Digital delivery of booking access is instantaneous (under 5 minutes) upon successful payment capture.

There are zero shipping, courier, or delivery handling charges applicable on any transaction.

If your confirmed booking details do not appear on your dashboard within 15 minutes of payment, please reach out immediately to our support team with your payment transaction ID.
