Pricing and fees

Every activity price is set by the host who lists it and is shown per hour and as a booking total in Indian rupees (₹) before you pay. There is no hidden charge: the total on the payment screen is the amount debited.

Creating an account, browsing, listing your own free hours and messaging about a confirmed booking are free. There is no subscription and no listing charge.

TAVIYO currently charges a 0% platform fee. The full activity amount goes to the host, less the payment gateway's own charges.

As the community grows we plan to introduce a 5% platform fee in total — 2.5% paid by the person booking and 2.5% deducted from the host's earnings. We will announce the change in the app before it takes effect, and the exact fee that applies to your booking is always shown on the payment screen before you confirm.

TAVIYO is operated by Raju Rajbongshi (sole proprietorship) and is not currently registered for GST. No GST is added to the amounts shown, and TAVIYO does not issue a tax invoice. Hosts are responsible for their own tax obligations on the income they earn.

Payments are collected in Indian rupees through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. TAVIYO never sees or stores your card or bank credentials.

After a host accepts your request you have 60 minutes to complete payment. If the window passes, the booking may be cancelled and the slot released.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the activity and you receive a full refund to your original payment method. A host cancellation is always refunded in full. The complete rules are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
