By creating an account or using TAVIYO, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Pricing page, and the Safety and Community Rules.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

TAVIYO sells a booking service: adults in India discover, book and pay for shared local activities such as sports, treks, study sessions and city walks. No physical goods are sold and nothing is shipped or delivered.

TAVIYO provides discovery, booking, payment, messaging, verification, review, reporting, blocking, and safety tools. TAVIYO is not the organiser, employer, agent, insurer, or guarantor of a member or activity unless the app expressly says otherwise.

Members choose whether an activity is suitable and remain responsible for the activities they offer, request, and attend. Identity verification reduces risk but does not guarantee a person's conduct, skill, background, or safety.

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and clear about price, location, timing, requirements, and material risks. A host may accept or decline a request. An accepted booking is held for the payment period shown in the app; the current implementation uses 60 minutes.

Payments are collected in Indian rupees by Razorpay Software Private Limited acting as the payment gateway. TAVIYO does not see or store card, UPI, or bank credentials. The activity price, any TAVIYO platform fee, and the total payable are shown before payment. Keep booking-related payment and communication on TAVIYO so its payment and safety controls can operate.

Creating an account, browsing, and listing are free. TAVIYO's platform fee is currently 0% of the activity price. A 5% total platform fee (2.5% from the booker and 2.5% from the host's earnings) is planned; it will be announced in the app before it applies and the exact fee is always shown on the payment screen before you confirm.

TAVIYO is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to the amounts shown and no tax invoice is issued. Hosts are responsible for reporting and paying tax on the income they earn.

Members must respect consent, boundaries, venue rules, and applicable law. Harassment, threats, hate, violence, exploitation, fraud, impersonation, dangerous or illegal activities, off-platform payment pressure, and misuse of personal data are prohibited.

TAVIYO is strictly not a dating, companionship-for-payment, escort, or adult-services platform. Sexual services, sexual content, romantic solicitation for payment, and any booking whose real purpose is any of these are prohibited and lead to immediate removal, and are reported to authorities where required.

You retain responsibility for content you submit and give TAVIYO permission to host, display, and process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and handle reports or legal obligations.

Cancellations and refunds follow the published Refund and Cancellation Policy. Reviews must reflect genuine booked experiences. Reports may be investigated and relevant records preserved.

TAVIYO may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove an account to protect members, investigate reports, prevent fraud, enforce these rules, or comply with law. Members may request account deletion, subject to active bookings and retention of records needed for payments, fraud prevention, safety, disputes, or legal obligations.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. TAVIYO does not promise uninterrupted availability or guarantee that a member, listing, venue, or activity is safe or suitable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other remedy available under applicable law. Material changes will be published as a new version and renewed acceptance may be required.
